1. Using Wishora
Wishora is a personalized music service at wishora.studio. These terms apply when you create an account, submit a story, generate a song, or make a purchase. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live; otherwise, a parent or guardian must use the service on your behalf.

2. Your stories and account
Provide information you have permission to share. You remain responsible for names, stories, photographs, and other material you submit, including material about someone else. Avoid sensitive information you do not want used to create your song.
Do not submit content that infringes someone else’s rights, impersonates another person, encourages harm, or is unlawful. Do not attempt to bypass payment, access another customer’s account, or disrupt the service. Keep your login credentials and private preview links secure.
3. How songs are created
Songs, voices, and lyrics are created using AI. The result may include unexpected phrasing, pronunciation, or musical choices. A selected genre or voice describes a direction, not an imitation of a named artist or a guarantee of a particular result.
A generation request creates a new version. Listen to the preview and check the title, lyrics, names, and other details before deciding to purchase. Generation times vary with demand and provider availability.
4. Free previews
A free preview contains up to 30 seconds of one generated song. The preview is available for 24 hours from the time that song becomes ready. Refreshing the page or signing in does not restart that period.
A free preview does not include the full recording or an MP3 download. Your private preview link may allow someone who holds it to view the preview, so share it thoughtfully.
5. Purchasing and delivery
Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Standard songs are priced at US$39 and express songs at US$49. The selected price and currency appear before payment. Any applicable charges shown by the checkout form part of the total you approve.
Payments are handled through Waffo. A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment. The full recording and MP3 download unlock after payment is verified. If your payment completes but access does not appear, contact support with the order reference; do not pay again.
After purchase, you can listen to the full recording and download the MP3. Save your own copy. Account access is intended to make returning to your songs convenient, but is not a permanent backup service.
6. Your song and permitted use
You may keep your purchased MP3, play it for personal use, and share it as a personal gift. You keep any rights you hold in the original material you submitted. You give Wishora permission to process that material as needed to create, deliver, store, and support your song.
AI outputs may not be unique and their copyright status can vary. A purchase does not guarantee exclusive copyright, clearance of third-party rights, or permission for commercial licensing, advertising, resale, or distribution to music platforms. Contact support before using a song for these purposes.
7. Refunds and problems
If a purchased song is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of payment by emailing [email protected]. Our Refund policy explains what to include and how we handle the request. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Service availability and changes
We may pause an account or request that is misused, compromised, or required to be restricted by law. We may update the service and these terms; the revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not remove rights already granted for that purchase.
We cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer protections.
